Itinerary

Day 1: ARRIVAL IN KATHMANDU, NEPAL

Welcome to Kathmandu, Nepal. We will meet you at the Airport.
We will transport you to the hotel following your arrival at the Nepali airport. You will pass the Pashupatinath Temple, Narayanhiti, the Royal Palace Museum, the Garden of Dreams, and Thamel on your journey from the airport to the hotel. The Touristic Hub's downtown area will be where you stay. Our consultant will assist you and go over your travel schedule. There will be plenty time to stroll down Thamel Street.

Day 2: SIGHTSEEING IN KATHMANDU VALLEY - KATHMANDU DURBAR SQUARE - SWYAMBHUNATH STUPA - PASHUPATINATH TEMPLE - BOUDHANATH STUPA

Visit Kathmandu Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with the tour guide in a private vehicle. Observe the typical wood-carved temples and structures symbolizing the historic Kathmandu metropolis. After there, we'll be moving in the direction of Swyambhunath. The monkey temple where you may watch the religious harmony and tolerance between the Buddhist religion and Hindu religion along with that enjoy the panoramic view of Kathmandu city. Visit the Pashupatinath Temple, which is one of the main Hindu pilgrimage sites in South Asia. Investigate your surroundings and watch as Hindus perform a sacred cremation ceremony on the banks of the revered Bagmati River. Visit Guweyswori Temple, another pilgrimage place close to Pashupatinath Temple. then, after exploring the area. After taking a look around, visit Boudhanath Stupa, another UNESCO World Heritage Site. It was constructed around 600 AD and is the only stupa of its kind in the world to reflect Buddhism. After finishing your sightseeing, explore the area around Boudhanath Stupa before returning to your hotel to rest.

DAY 3: SIGHTSEEING TOUR AROUND PATAN AND BHAKTAPUR

Today, you will visit two ancient cities near Kathmandu, Patan, and Bhaktapur. In Patan, you will be visiting other UNESCO World Heritage sites: Krishna Temple and Patan Durbar Square.  Later on, visit the Patan Museum, where you can learn more about the history of Patan and the kings who reigned here. Later, visit the Golden Temple, a major attraction for both Hindu and Buddhist people, and Banglamukhi Temple.

In Bhaktapur, you will be amazed by the architecture, as until today the city has been able to be kept intact in its old form. You can observe the old wood carved buildings all around Bhaktapur and then you will visit another UNESCO World Heritage Site, Bhaktapur Durbar Square Explore the surroundings and afterwards visit the Nyatapola Temple, one of the tallest pagoda styled temple in Nepal. After completing your sightseeing get back to Kathmandu and check-in hotel and have rest.

DAY 4: DRIVE TO BANDIPUR (1030 M), DRIVING DURATION: 6 HOURS

In the morning, the driver will come to pick you up in a hotel and then head towards Bandipur which is in the west of Kathmandu. It is almost 150 kilometer far away from Kathmandu. On the way, you can view the vegetation of Nepal and the Trishuli bank accompanying you throughout your way up to Bandipur. Later, after reaching Bandipur, go for a guided sight seen a tour around the beautiful village of Bandipur. After completing your sightseeing get back to the hotel and have rest.

DAY 5: DRIVE TO CHITWAN, DRIVING DURATION: 3/4 HOURS

Continuing your trip, you will be heading towards Chitwan which is situated in the south-west direction. It is almost 45-50 kilometers far away from Bandipur. On the way, you will get to see many small shops and a mini-market.  As you get nearer to the Chitwan you can notice the forest section getting dense throughout your way. After reaching to Chitwan, check-in hotel and rest for a while. Later on, you can go to stroll around the local market and streets in Chitwan. In the evening you will be escorted for the Tharu cultural program show, enjoy the program and get back to the hotel.

DAY 6: ACTIVITIES IN CHITWAN

Begin your entire day's worth of sightseeing. You will first go on a Jeep Jungle Safari. To see the One-Horned Rhino and other wild animals like wild boar, deer, the leopard, and others, you will enter the communal forest section. To enter the outer ring of the main national park region, you must then cross the Rapti river.

If you're lucky, you might witness a Royal Bengal Tiger in a highland environment where the shrubs can reach heights of up to 6 feet. Additionally, you will be able to witness other exotic species like elephants. Once your jungle safari experience is over, return to the hotel and eat lunch.You can later have a tour of the Tharu village with a guide.

Once your sightseeing tour is over, return to your hotel and have a nap.

DAY 7: BIRD WATCHING IN CHITWAN & DRIVE TO LUMBINI, DRIVING DURATION: 4/5 HOURS

Wake up early so that our tour guide can take you along the Rapti riverbed to observe birds. While visiting Nepal, Chitwan is one of the top locations for bird watching. Many students and academics used to travel to Chitwan to study the local birds. You will learn about the various bird species and their winter migration patterns from other parts of the world to Chitwan, Nepal, from our tour guide.
After that, go to the Elephant and Crocodile Breeding Center to see how these species reproduce and how the National Park is protecting them. Then, return to Lumbini, which is 150 kilometers from Chitwan. Upon arrival check-in, the hotel and have a rest for a while and later on, you can go to stroll around the nearby places to your hotel.

DAY 8: SIGHTSEEING IN LUMBINI

Today, commence full day sightseeing in and around the actual birthplace of Lord Buddha. You will visit the sacred garden, where you will see the Ashoka pillar, the small pond Pushkarini, the Maya Devi temple and the remaining of the meditation site and residential monastery for monks. After that, you will visit some of the monasteries in the monastery zone and return back to the hotel.

DAY 9: DRIVE TO POKHARA, DRIVING DURATION: 7/8 HOURS

You will travel to Pokhara, which is located 210 kilometers away from Lumbini and is in the north-western direction. Once you arrive in Pokhara, check into your hotel room and recover. You can go for a stroll along Pokhara's lakeside boulevard and along the Phewa lake bank later in the afternoon.

DAY 10: SIGHTSEEING IN POKHARA

Relax the peaceful and stunning view of the city before daybreak and to see the first sunbeams striking the mountains in the distance, you will begin today's activities with an early drive to Sarangkot. Sarangkot has expansive vistas of the Himalayas, including the Annapurna, Fishtail, Dhaulagiri, and others. You will be going to the World Peace Stupa, which is on top of a hill about an hour's drive from Pokhara. You will witness the breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains to your north and west once you are there. You can see the Annapurna, Nilgiri, Glacier dome, Fishtail mountain, and Dhaulagiri mountain ranges from here. After taking in the view, you'll hike for 40 to 60 minutes to the bank of Phewa Lake and take a boat tour to visit the Barahi Temple, which is located in the middle of the lake. Once you've finished seeing the temple, you'll visit Devi's Fall, Gupteswor Cave, Seti George, Once you've seen everything you want to see, return to the hotel and relax.

DAY 11: POKHARA TO KATHMANDU, DRIVING DURATION: 7/8 HOURS

This day you will have a scenic drive back to Kathmandu, starting from Pokhara after breakfast. Upon arrival at Kathmandu, you will be then transferred to your respective hotel and have rest. In the evening, you can stroll around the downtown area in Thamel.

DAY 12: FREE DAY IN KATHMANDU

Today is a free day for you in Kathmandu. You can spend your day in your personal activities or in the optional activities. You can have enough rest or if you're interested then you can go to stroll around the streets of Thamel. Or you can go for shopping of souvenirs for your friends and family.

Optional activities you can do in your free day:

  1. Everest Mountain flight  by airplane (Approx. 1 hour)
  2. Nepali food Cooking workshop (Approx. 3 hours)
  3. Pottery classes (Approx. 30 mins)
  4. Handicraft tour. (Approx. 6 hours)

DAY 13: DEPARTURE

Your trip will come to an end today. You will be advised and assisted with your onward travel arrangements and transfer to Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport by our private van around 3 hours before your flight schedule and flight back to your home/other travel destination. Have a safe journey onward.
