GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Acceptance of Terms:

    • Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions governing the use of the internet site www.trevelor.com. Your use of the site and booking services implies your agreement to be bound by these terms.
  2. Changes to Terms:

    • We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this posting. Revised terms become effective upon posting.
  3. Tour Booking Application:

    • The terms and conditions outlined herein apply to tour bookings to as Trevelor, and the Client. Details are provided in the tour dossier upon booking confirmation.
  4. Governing Law:

    • In the event of a dispute, Trevelor will make every effort to resolve it. If resolution is impossible, the laws of Kyrgyz Republic will apply. Clients submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kyrgyz Republic courts.
  5. Bookings:

    • Amendments or cancellations are subject to specified terms and conditions.
    • Single clients on accommodated tours are subject to compulsory Single Supplement.
    • Tours may have specific notes and equipment requirements outlined in the tour details.
    • Individual tour arrangements are made after agreement with the booking manager.
    • Fixed tours are guaranteed to depart with a minimum group size; otherwise, Trevelor may cancel the trip, offering alternatives or a refund.
  6. Tour Price and Payment:

    • Tour prices are subject to change due to factors beyond the Company’s control. Clients will be notified of changes or offered alternatives.
    • The tour price includes services/items as per the itinerary and tour dossier. Clients are responsible for additional items, payable to the Guide or Company.
    • Booking requires a payment of 20 to 100 percent of the total cost. Confirmation is sent upon receipt of the deposit.
  7. Deposits and Invoicing:

    • A booking is confirmed when the Company provides written confirmation to the Client. Invoices with 20-100% payment are required for booking confirmation.
    • The prepayment amount is calculated individually based on the tour or service and period.
  8. Cost of Making Changes to the Holiday:

    • Transfers between tours outside the 30-day period incur no fee.
    • Changing the date of an individual tour within 30 days of departure may be subject to a 15% fee.
    • Joining or leaving a tour after the departure date does not entitle the client to refunds.
  9. Cancellation Conditions:

    • Cancellations, communicated in writing (by e-mail), incur fees based on the date of cancellation.
    • Special events, products, and individual groups may have different cancellation penalties.
  10. Complaints:

    • Formal complaints should be made in writing within 30 days of the holiday.
    • The Company’s Tour Guide/Representative should be informed first.
  11. Passports, Visas, and Other Travel Papers:

    • Clients are responsible for ensuring all required travel documents are in order.
    • The Company is not liable for consequences due to clients’ documentation issues.
  12. Insurance:

    • Travel insurance is not included but strongly recommended. Clients without insurance may be responsible for charges in case of emergency.
  13. Health:

    • Clients must ensure they are medically fit for the tour. Some tours with high physical loads may have specific health requirements.
    • Clients must inform guide and driver their health conditions, for unseen situations with their health Trevelor and employee don’t take a responsibility
  14. Contact Information:

    • Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information. Trevelor is not responsible for non-receipt of documents due to inaccurate information.
  15. Release Form:

    • Adventure travel requires a signed release from all participants, acknowledging the inherent risks.
    • Individual travelers requiring permits for border zones assume all responsibility and must fill out the required form.
  16. Flexibility and Changes:

    • Clients acknowledge the flexible nature of adventure travel. Itineraries may be subject to alteration without prior notice due to local circumstances or events.
  17. Authority on Tours:

    • Clients must comply with local laws, customs, and respect local traditions and religion.
    • Disruptive behavior may result in exclusion from the tour without a refund.
  18. Force Majeure:

    • Unforeseen circumstances beyond Trevelor’s control may cause delays or alterations to the tour. The Company is not liable for such occurrences.
  19. Travel Documents:

    • Clients receive the Company’s tour dossier and pre-departure information on booking. Clients are responsible for reading and understanding these documents before traveling.
  20. Indemnification and Liability Exclusion:

    • Clients accept the adventurous and high-altitude nature of the tour, involving personal risk.
    • The Company and its representatives are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death incurred during the tour.
  21. Privacy Policy:

    • Personal information collected may be used for tour operation, marketing, and promotional materials.
  22. Using Materials from www.trevelor.com:

    • Non-commercial reproduction is permitted with proper attribution.
